⚡ SPEED CHALLENGE – A to B, No Time to Waste

Athletes will take on a purpose-built A–to–B speed course, increasing in difficulty as they level up.

General Parkour Competition – Speed & Style

Open to athletes aged 4+ years

Our General Parkour Competition is designed to challenge speed, precision and confidence. Athletes will compete across two exciting categories:

⚡ SPEED

Athletes must turn off all the lights on the course as quickly as possible.
Each athlete receives two attempts, and their fastest time becomes their final score.
Simple, fast and thrilling — the perfect test of explosive movement.

⭐ SKILL (Style)

This round focuses on landing and sticking four technical challenges.
Athletes receive three attempts, with no warm-up try:

• 3 points – Stick on the 1st attempt
• 2 points – Stick on the 2nd attempt
• 1 point – Stick on the 3rd attempt

Mini Parkour athletes (ages 4–6) will know their Skill challenges in advance and practise them in class.
Athletes aged 7+ will work on similar concepts in class, but their exact challenges will only be revealed on the day for the full competition experience!

Teams Competition – Speed & Style

Open to athletes aged 5+ years

Clubs come together for a high-energy, team-based challenge celebrating skill, creativity and teamwork.

⭐ SKILL

Athletes will attempt five stick challenges, earning points based on which attempt they succeed on:

• 3 points – Stick on 1st attempt
• 2 points – Stick on 2nd attempt
• 1 point – Stick on 3rd attempt

No athlete will know the challenges in advance — all skills are revealed on the day for a fair, exciting competition.

🎨 STYLE

Athletes will be given time to warm up and explore a brand-new course layout.
In their run, we want to see:

• Their hardest tricks
• Clean flow
• Confident performance

Scoring is based on content, flow and overall execution.
There are no limitations — this is where creativity shines!
The course will include both soft and hard equipment.
Trainers must be worn.

🏅 TEAM EVENT

Each club may enter teams of 3–5 athletes (multiple teams allowed per age group).
Scores are calculated using the top three results from each team.
The highest-scoring team takes home the medals!
