Parent Feedback as often said that you like you didn’t understand how the classes run or felt the warm-ups were too long.
Warming up is incredibly important in any sport but especially gymnastics and this is why we take this seriously. We also bring in elements of Strength, Conditioning and Flexibility work which is extremely important when working on moves such as walkovers. It may look like ‘more stretching’ but we can assure you it is not!
We are going to start sharing some lesson plans with you on this page. These will give you an idea into what we are planning and we’ll also use our watching weeks to demonstrate what the children are working on and happily explain more!
